Setup Account Information:
Set up an account for repeat orders and prompt service...it takes only a minute.
Once you have an account with us you may add items to your shopping basket.
Telephone Orders: If you have no email address or, prefer to simply telephone your
orders to us if that is easier for you, then, we will be pleased to do this. Just call us
and we will gladly operate your account here for you using our
secure email account address.
Shipping Information:
All UPS orders placed by 2:00 PM eastern time, (except AK, HI and PR) will be shipped
same day. Most orders will be delivered with in 2-3 business days from the day of shipping.
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 ( some conditions apply for heavy or bulky items )
A flat rate of $6.95 will be added to all smaller orders for shipping and handling.unless otherwise
specified. Orders that include disposable incontinence products, solutions, nutritional supplements,
and oversized items may require additional shipping charges. These shipping charges will be
charged at the UPS rate once they have been shipped. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Please note To try to serve you better, we may ship from more than one of our locations
in order to quickly fulfill your order. No extra shipping charges are added.
Billing Information:
Your order plus the applicable shipping charge will be billed to your credit card.

All merchandise returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
